        Dirty, smells. AC was broken. Said rooms were one price, then upped it. Left it was disgusting

        Last resort.... I put a homeless couple there till they get on their feet again.. It's the only affordable place for long term staying in town $460.00 week instead of $185.00 per night at Marriott... I felt kinda bad leaving them there ... LoL rough shape place very old half the rooms not rentable for real... It's bad but they appreciate it ... Better than being homeless in the cold .

        Good heat, hot water for shower was good, made my meals with use of refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven Walgreens , colonial liquor, Newport creamery and road runner gas station all near by Cable TV and WI-fi stayed for a month $55 a night is a very good rate Going thru changes in March Will open as the Blue Beach Motel
