Bill Brawsell was recommended by a neighbor, so we trusted his verbal quote. He replaced our shower valve, and said he'd install a shower head and handle. Not only did he not give us a shower handle, but he billed us 60% higher than his quote. When I called on him, he kept calling me "dear" and refuted his verbal quote, and said he didn't remember quoting us a price. Needless to say: we'll never use him again!

Installed a new water heater, but didn't complete the job to code. Left a 3" exhaust vent where a 4" vent is required. I'm sure he knew this, but was too lazy or cheap to do the job correctly.
