Simple rooms, comfy clean bed, stopped by for a night on way to marthas vineyard. loved the little cottage vibe. Perfect for the ferry. I would use again.

Cottages are damp, musty, and very overpriced for being a mediocre shack. manager is very brusque, and clearly, the owner is cheap.

Place is way overpriced for the dump that it is. Rented a cabin, had a bad smell in it the whole time, like a mold or moisture smell. Carpet ripped up in spots? TV is far too small. Virtually no hot water ever flows? Only warm water comes out as a dribble? Not enough to shower with!!! Lots of cold water, though!!! So you will have to only take baths after taking half hour to fill the tub. Windows don't lock properly. Room service only ever three days??? And you'll run out of soap, towels, and toilet paper every day. But when you go ask the owner lady for supplies and towels, it's like pulling teeth! She gives you nothing but negative unprofessional attitude. These people have no clue how to run a successful motel. None whatsoever! Do not stay here. Find something far better for the same money elsewhere.

We stayed in a single cabin. Everything was musty when we checked in, couldn't get rid of the smell. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the sink did not drain and there were visible hairs scattered over the basin. Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I don't think it was worth the cost. It is in a relatively quiet area though, so there's that.
