      image On two separate occasions Ive dropped off and received the ticket (which includes the cost of the dry cleaning to be paid upon pick up), however upon pick up I was told it would be more money, as it was rung up incorrectly by the associate who entered it. Not honoring the price I was given at drop off was very frustrating - feeling like my dry cleaning was held hostage for a mistake I didnt create. I understand mistakes, however having it be at the customers expense did not seem appropriate. Unfortunate since the location is convenient and the quality of dry cleaning is good.

      We have a very strict policy that the customer pays what is on the receipt regardless of a mistake. Please ask for the manager or owner. This should never happen. Especially twice!
