        We have had Allstate insurance for 5 years for our vehicles and our home. We found them to be the most reasonably priced for both types of insurance after shopping around. Our local rep is Jeo Sanchez. Jeo is professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and is always willing to help when we have questions. Every time I get off the phone with her, I feel that I understand what has been explained to me and any next steps I have to take. She is great at answering all of my questions and makes me feel like she truly cares about what my concerns might be. The entire team at her office are a pleasure to speak with any time she is not available and are just as helpful. We choose to pay in full every 6 months and use autopay. It is super easy to do so. The website is also very easy to navigate when we have to sign anything electronically.
