Terrible customer service and wiring instructions.
I was living in CA and found a house in RI. Had to wire money to DiBiase to put house under contract. My husband and I called their office on separate occasions to confirm the wire number and Kimberly refused to confirm the info. She was extremely rude. All we wanted was to make sure the wire number we got via email did in fact correspond to DiBiase because scammers sometimes intercept emails and change the wire number to their own account. We wanted to avoid losing $10K so all we wanted was to tell her the wire number we got via email and for her to tell us if it was right. She refused to do this. This is standard procedure in CA. All buyers are instructed to call the escrow company to verify the wire account number. Is this really not done in RI or is Kimberly just a horrible employee? She told us that she would confirm receipt of the wire once it was received. What if the wire account number was wrong or hacked? Our $10K would've been gone and DiBiase would not reimburse us for the loss. We did not need confirmation of receipt, we needed confirmation of the correct wire account number. I'm going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau.

We began our house hunt journey about a year ago with agent Nancy Reall. What a class act! She hung strong while we found our dream home! She asked what we wanted and we were sent daily listings in the requested area within our budget. She was readily available day or night to answer my billion questions and was always willing to show us whatever house we wanted when we wanted to see it! She even capped a lid when I asked to see prices out our range making sure she kept me and us in check! We experienced some things on our journey with our situation most dont and she is in the know about off situation / buyers now too!
We finally found a home a year later in the area, school district and price range we wanted! She had purchase and sales drawn and extensions ready when my Lender needed them. She was always true to her word and did exactly what she promised.
She came to our closing with a smile on her face and checks in periodically even now that we have closed to see how were coming along.
They definitely dont make agents like this anymore and I am so glad she held my hand along the way! I even recommended her to my sister when she was looking and my sisters family fell in love with her too! We certainly got the luck of the draw with Nancy Reall and we definitely made some memories along the way!
