Zero stars is what I'd like to give but it won't let me, this company is incompetent and rude. I had a sugar ant problem for which they came to my home 4 times and the ants never stopped. I called Terminix and they came to my home 1 time and I haven't seen another ant since. I requested a refund for being fraudulently charged over $200 for services that did not resolve the problem. The RI office manager was rude, speaking over me and commented that I didn't give them a chance to fix the problem. How many chances do they need? 4 visits from late August to mid October and they could not resolve the issue. They also would not refund my money when their services were incompetent. I would strongly recommend never using this company which by the way is mostly franchised so owned locally and therefore they do not have any corporate compliance for quality of service or dissatisfied customers. Beware!!
