I cannot say enough about how responsive the maintenance team is. I had a couple super minor things that I wasn't expecting them to get to for a few days and was pleasantly surprised to see they fixed it the next day. The leasing office likewise was quick to respond to a few minor issues, and my interactions with Kristen at the leasing office were always pleasant.

This place is real good. We stayed for a year before moving out. The maintenance crew is amazing. All requests are addressed on time. Property manager Kristen is very friendly, polite.

Never had any issues here. Great place to live -- good sized apartments, fair rent, plenty of parking, the park next door, private gym. Definitely would recommend :)

Great place to live. Every complex has it's issues of course, but not many here.  Maintaince fixes whatever needs to be fixed within an hour of putting in a work order (in my experience).  The gyms nice, there's only ever maybe one person in there at a time depending on when you go and there's actual equipment. The floor plans are nicely sized, rent is fair so far.  My only somewhat negative feedback that is pretty much any complex is that the walls are thin-ish and every single person has a small dog and none of them are pleasant because they are small dogs lol.  Would recommend this place to live!!

literally the worst place to live. Not an exaggeration. Maintenance can't be bothered. They barely know anything anyways. Seems like every month there is a fire alarm "check" which, I hope you don't like sleep. The office workers don't want to do anything, couldn't care less about your problems. Rent spiked hundreds of dollars with no modernization. I've had a hole in my bathroom wall for 3 years, like I said they couldn't care less. Took them 5 visits to finally call me a plumber because the shower wouldn't turn off. They told me maintenance could fix it...lol not even close, like I said 5 visits. The trailer park is directly behind my building, its awful. People yelling at 6am cutting grass at 7am just constant noise all the time. Other residents slam doors, let there pets go to the bathroom wherever without picking it, up it's disgusting. Anyways if you're still interested after reading this then you must be in a tough spot. I would 1000% reconsider.
