Worst company to rent a vehicle from. I will not be renting from Hertz again. I would describe my experience with Hertz customer service and associates at this location as being stressful and frustrating. Hertz has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional.

Have rented from Hertz several times before, but this time we had an issue reserved SUV for our travels, and which the branch manager advise us that there were no SUV available, and just assumed we would be okay w/van...I thought when you reserve a car that's what u r expecting on the day to pick up, and no one never called to say we're sorry we are not able to get a SUV as requested and would we be able to suggest a van, and the rep at the desk tell you a different story of what the manager said after complaining about the issue, and expect $20 is ok due to there lack of communication.
