Dr. Russell Chin and all of his staff are incredibly thoughtful and knowledgable. I needed a crown replaced and the entire journey from calling to book with the front desk to the procedure was, dare I say, an enjoyable experience that lead with empathy.

My family and I have been going here for 15 years. Dr. Chin & the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I truly trust them with my teeth & all dental work. Dr. Chin has a wonderful sense of humor and always makes us feel welcome and comfortable.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Wouldn't go here never reliable with setting appointments. You would think that being a new patient and canceling the 1st appointment and moving it out a month and then a day before that appointment canceling again. And moving it out 2 more months. And this is me being on the wait list. You shouldn't be taking new patients if you can't see them.

I've been a patient of Dr Chin since I was 10 years old. I'm 45 now. I trust ONLY him to tend to my teeth. Trust is a major issue with me. As is accuracy and performance. When you can close your eyes comfortably without anesthesia and know the job WILL GET DONE! TO ME THAT'S PERFECTED SKILL!!!!!!!!. I recently had my teeth cleaned from a woman on 3/18/21. She had the EXACT SAME skill Dr Chin has with cleaning teeth. Normally I need anesthesia because some people in the past were just Brut bloody cleaning teeth, an that hurts BIG-TIME.
