I lived with Arthur for eight years. He was very attentive to his business. Someone could call him at 10pm and he would help them. He knew all the tricks and loopholes. He read every book on government and taxes. When new bills were proposed, he actually read them. He also kept every record of everything. His long term clients could call him and ask about 1996 and he could give them all the details. And while running this business he always made time for the children in his life, Mila, Silas, Lyla, and Wyland. He was with me during labor with silas and with all my babies, he sat through the hard times with me. He would hold them when I cleaned up puke or cooked dinner. He held us accountable and reminded us to clean our messes. He was the calm, level headed adult my children relied on when they knew I was going to loose my cool. He was the one willing to just be there with them while I did a million household tasks. He was the one who paid attention to the other kids when I was busy with a younger one. My children have never known a life without Arthur and he has completely changed my life. He taught me how to be an adult, how to be organized and keep appointments. He taught me about budgeting and investing. Arthur was my best friend, my first real partner, my adviser and teacher. His OCD made him an impeccable accountant and house made. When he took me in, I was 21 years old, pregnant, and had a 1 year old daughter. Arthur was the most charitable person I ever met, not just to us but many people he helped in the time I lived with him and many more before that. I am honored that I was able to become the final chapter of his life and I know he saw us as life partners as well. I love you forever Arthur ♡
