I was given the wrong address when I made the appointment, so ended up 30 minutes late for my appointment. The doctor wouldn't see me. The receptionist rescheduled me I went back and a different receptionist who was rude, & had me waiting for at least 5 minutes to be helped. It was not until then that I was told I needed a referral. I left without even seeing the doctor.
