**REALLY SHOULD BE 0 STARS, BUYER PLEASE READ** This club although beautiful in appearance and décor is not operational or sanitary. I am a former employee (whom left on their own terms) and can tell you first hand, that this club is financially mishandled and operationally inappropriate. Employee's (with proof for 4+ yrs) are not being paid their wages and there are multiple filings with the state for business operations. Members are being charged ($50+) 2-3 times in a month with no explanation or care. There is no absolutely no management or customer service department. I URGE you with the best of intentions to stay away from this club you will regret it !!!!!!!!

This gym is the absolute worst. They overcharged me for my membership and have not responded to any claims that I have made. They refuse to respond to any complaints. I have made two phone calls, sent two emails and gone in person and had no remedy. There are also accounts of employees that are not paid by the gym. Do not go here EVER!

Since I have been going here it has gone downhill. There are never any cold hand towels or towels in general. They offer shakes but they always have an excuse as to why it is not working. The mouth wash, lotion and gel dispensers were never filled and are now gone. The plastic to wrap dirty clothes in has not been filled in over a year. They never have soap and shampoo and fyi when they do it's the dollar brand. I know because the guy leaves the case on the counter while he is filling it. The hand sanitizer machines are not filled. On yeah no more parking and never any direction on where to park. Good luck figuring out the gym hours they change almost daily. Good news is you can always get in a machine because more and more people stopped coming here. No-one picks up the phone even though they are there sitting at froint desk when I walk in after calling. It sucks
