I walked in and it looked weird so i left but i heard they make keys.

They came to where I was living (renting) to fix a plumbing issue. This was the second time they came out for the same issue in six months. During this visit (November 2020) there plumbing van hit my car and fled the scene. There was paint matching the van on my (new, 2020) vehicle and no other way my car could have been damaged, as it was a private lot and no vehicles came or went during that time besides the van. They were rude and refused to talk. My car was in the shop for a month and my insurance is still suing them for reimbursement. Also, the issue happened again and a different plumber came out. They cleared a ton a tree roots and were shocked that Thomas Cocozza/King's Hardware didn't check. So not only are they unethical, but they aren't competent. Find a different plumber.
