Attorney Margaret Hathaway represented me in several interwined cases with the DLT and she was amazing! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I was overwhelmed and needed help, on very short notice Margaret took on the cases, eased my mind and had a plan in place in quickly. It was very impressive and clear she meant business. Margaret was very professional, kind and understanding, and easy to talk to. Unlike most attorneys, she was always available to talk if had any questions. Communication was easy and she talked me through everything. Margaret made sure I was prepared for the hearings and understood every part of the process before and after. After a baseless termination followed by a denial of unemployment benefits, I called Michael Beagan. I am so grateful to the person who recommended this firm. Mr. Beagan sat down with me for a conversation, during which he was understanding, informative, and extremely personable. Clearly fluent in unemployment law, he explained my case from every possible angle, citing the laws pertaining to each detail. Prior to the phone hearings, he explained very clearly what to expect and how I should respond. During the first hearing, he found a flaw in our opponent's claim and was able to quickly cite his source. As soon as it was all over, he assured me that I had done a good job and that our case was strong. Sure enough, we received not one but two positive outcomes! To top it off, when the payment from the DLT was late, Mr. Beagan's office made a phone call and I immediately heard from them to get the payment process going. Michael Beagan is a kind, eloquent, and honest man who genuinely loves using his talents to help others. He has volunteered his time for people being treated unfairly, not for any publicity but because it was the right thing to do. I highly recommend this practice. I was going to leave a review even if I lost my case; but I WON!! When I first called the office, I spoke with Glenda, a paralegal. She was extremely kind and professional and answered my MANY questions with respect and patience. She was knowledgable and never condescending. Michael was equally kind and professional and very generous with his time. He is well versed in unemployment law. Communication was top notched. I believe they truly cared about me and my case.
