Some of the rooms are a bit worn out, but service was good.

My only critique is the rooms were slightly outdated but other than that amazing comfortability, service, cleanliness, and location!!!! Also they have a very flexible shuttle service that takes their convienence to a whole different level. Everyone on staff deserves a big time raise!!!

Upon checking in for my reservation I was told my room was no longer available (double beds) booked for 4 persons. I was offered a room with a fold out coach so I accepted. The room was extremely small and there was only about 2 feet of space between the bed and the couch. This made it impossible to pull the bed out from the couch. The lady who checked me in was new and could not answer my questions and did not bother to find out an answer for me. She had me swipe my card and said they would hold $100 until checkout. Immediately $700 was withdrawn. Instead of downgrading the room to lower price I was told I would receive free breakfast for 2 people ( even though there was 4 guests) and free parking for the inconvenience ( I was not even aware at that point that there was a charge for parking) . I was only able to receive breakfast on one day because of the time it was served. Told upon checkin breakfast started at 630am when in reality it was 7am on weekends, and I had a commitment at 615am. Early on the morning of checkout I received my bill, being charged for the breakfast that was supposed to be free. We go to front desk let them know, they said they would adjust and send a new receipt. This never happened and we where charged for the breakfast. The room almost seemed like one that would never normally be used. The quality of the remodel was awful, the bathroom was extremely tight and the door nearly brushed the toilet when opening. There was some kind of large utility box in room, no blankets for coach, crooked TV mount, damage on ceiling,2 towels for 4 people and poor craftsmanship throughout. Definitely not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel charging this much per night. Have had better experiences at lower rated hotels nearby. Definitely wont stay at a Marriott if I can avoid it!
Rooms: Small with poor craftsmanship.
