Garage is under new ownership and they've really cleaned the place up. It is centrally located close to Trinity Republic and most of the restaurants. They have an early bird parking program during the week in before 8 and out before 6. Staff are friendly and they have cameras in all the stairwells. There is also an elevator.

Dont ever park here. Im staying in Providence as a travel nurse and parked here to visit downtown. Noone ever said they close, theres no times listed and the ticket didnt sat they close. I tried calling but noone answered the ohone. When I went back to get my car to my surprise they were closed. I had to find an uber to get me to the hotel to wait til morning until i could go get my car.

This hasnt happened to me but these guys close on people all the time and lock the garage. Its a money making dumpster fire. My friends had it close on them and nobody would answer the phone for pickup. Dont ever park here unless its for an hour during the day. Use the garage by the Omni instead. Always open. Or even Providence Place Parking.

5 stars for the great location, but mostly for the incredible art surrounding it.
