My case began before Covid, so it was a bit tricky to stay in touch during these times. But once things were up and running again, Abby and Fred were communicative and let me know what was happening every step along the way. Fred knows what he is doing and who to speak to in order to get things moving. He navigated every difficult aspect of my case with confidence, and in the end all was settled in my favor. Fred is a laid-back, no-nonsense guy and I felt supported working with him. Abby is amazing. She holds the whole operation together! Give them a shot if you are looking for help.

Excellent service and counsel. Fred and his team made everything smooth and easy. With the stress of my car accident I didnt want to have to deal with the insurance companies and all of the back and forth run around. I was referred to Fred Polacek and it was the best decision I could have made. He did all of the hard work making it easier for me to focus on my recovery. I always look into reviews before hiring, buying or paying for any sort of service and if you are reading this trying to decide, I can confidently tell you to at the very least call/sit down with Fred. It will be well worth it. In addition, I live out of state and everything that could possibly be done electronically was. I hardly had to drive to the office which made everything even easier. In the end, not only did I receive a very good settlement, but I was thankful for the care the situation was handled with. To add, Fred has a great personality and is easy to talk to. I was referred to Fred from a family friend and I could not be happier with the services I received. I was about 3mnths pregnant with my first child, this was my first accident, & my first lawsuit. I was a physical and mental wreck I had a TON of questions however he guided me in every step of the way. His assistant Alicia is amazing she was responsive to my phone calls and texts and always available to answer questions. My case was taken care of in a timely manner and the settlement was VERY good.
