The Melting Pot

Went here right before it closed... Terrible... Cooking element stopped working halfway through meal, so accidentally ate undercooked meat following the directions given. Service incredibly slow and waiter seemed lost... Got a refund, and that took about 30 minutes of arguing. Unsuprised that it closed. Also, the price is absolutely ridiculous.

My girlfriend and I decided to have a date night here after hearing others rave about it. Needless to say after hearing obnoxious comments from another waiter, receiving our salads at the end of our meal, having hair found in the prosciutto, 20 mins to get our drink order, and ending the night with upset stomachs, we will not be returning. However, they were nice to take the meat plate off our bill. Highly recommended attending another melting pot in a different location.

This is a culinary disaster. Portion are small for the money. The cheese fondue was ok. The waiter made it tableside with a fork and was splatered on my wife and i with no apologies. Next came salad small diced garden salad a very sad example of a salad. Entree course small diced bit of meat on each plate missing the flavor component everyone expects with cooked protein. Boiled in a weak mojo broth. To top this off the waiter mumbled all of his word and very hard to understand. So..... If your interested on spending over $100 on dinner and cooking your own meal in a weak watery broth,and leaving hungry. You should head to the mealting pot. Don't forget you will also need a good dry cleaner.
