Unbelievable!!! I asked the store to hold a piece of apparel. I was gone less then 20 Minutes and they sold the vest in the short time I was gone. Will never spend money at this location and will reach out to a regional manager. Totally unacceptable.

Came into the store looking to do a quality promise on clothing as it is the only store within an hour of us. My friend wanted to do a quality promise on clothing and had the worst experience. I also work for lululemon and if I provided this customer service I would be ashamed. They refused to even look at the condition of her clothes, check the size dot for the date, or tell us why they refused to look at her clothes. She was incredibly rude and the other employee stood there staring and watching us-making us so uncomfortable we had to leave. They didn't follow any of the policies that we are trained on and are supposed to follow.No wonder that location was empty.
