Listening to customers is important. Clearly asked for one thing, charged for another ,couldn't provide me with proof of refund while the pharmacy tech walked around talking smack under her breath. Very unprofessional. I will never help my wife pick up an rx here again

Everyone here complains about the one 30 MINUTE break they get all day. That is VERY normal for pharmacies. Especially corporate ones who have very little time to even eat due to not enough staff, and its a LAW. Stop taking it out on the pharmacist and techs. Im sure you couldnt fathom only getting a 30 minute break in your 10+ hour day, + all that knowledge of medications etc. They are always doing their best and they MUST set boundaries with people like you. That line fills up fast.. and they are allowed to take their break. I would shut the window on you as well. Their break time is plastered on every wall and website. Its not their fault you dont do your research prior to going to the pharmacy during your off time. Its not only your world. But! I will say one thing.. theres this lady there that I DREAD talking too she makes me feel like the tiniest human and an inconvenience every time I even breathe near her. Otherwise, NICK IS THE BEST. Hes so sweet and genuine. He remembers basically all of his patients by name and is truly such a heartfelt person. My partner and I truly only go to this Walgreens still because of him. :) and! Because of the sweet as pie (blond) pharmacist. I wish I remembered her name! Thank you guys for always doing your best for everyones wellbeing. You are truly appreciated (besides that miserable lady.. sorry.. shes horrid. I cant even fathom what its like working with her).

They close everyday from 1 to 1:30 or 1:30 to 2. You must wait... what a joke.

It takes them forever to fill a prescription. They wont pick up the phone if you call. If you are sick and need medication quickly dont go to this pharmacy.
