Wish I could give negative stars. The first salesperson was totally incompetent and sold me under weight for my purposes. I also got cantilever racks that they fabricated wrong and had to send me replacement parts. I had to use pipe of my own to shore up the green racking and the cross braces with mountings on the bottom. Now i have to use the replacement parts and fix their mess.. Total waste of money and time dealing with these people.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Stay away! If I could give (0) stars I would. They sold us a mezzanine WITH installation and then said oops sorry we can't install it and refunded the installation, but we have no way of putting it up. Now we have a $17,000 mezzanine rusting in our parking lot. We would have NEVER EVER gone with them without installation. They sold us down the river.

Ive tried reaching this company on no less than three occasions (emails and phone calls) and have had no success. Im not sure why but in my books - three strikes and youre out. As a small business owner, Im looking for used blueprint file cabinets - either you have them or you dont. The website states that they have them in stock. How hard can it be to reply to an inquiry?
March/April 2021 update - this company reached out to me and although their contact person said theyd responded to my earlier requests- I couldnt find it but I did find their inventory alerts for their other products. I appreciated their reaching out to me. So Ive updated my rating from one star to three stars.
