        My husband and I had used this business in the past and noticed then that customer service was a bit gruff.  Called because of a problem with my lawn tractor and spoke with Kevin on my second call.  When I asked if there was any way he could figure out an approximate cost to replace the mowing deck on my lawn tractor, under his breath he actually said, "what the f---"If it was going to be better for me to purchase new riding tractor, I would have purchased it from them - my local small business.  Instead, I'm going to a big box store to make my purchase and, in the future should it need servicing, I will go elsewhere.

        Brought my mower in to have blade belt replaced and he fixed another part and returned it without fixing the belt. When he returned and replaced the belt it worked for 2 cuts before falling off again. When I called to schedule to have it fixed again he denied having ever worked on it and was rude. Very unprofessional and I would of recommend.
