Called to inquire about a postcard I received in the mail under cod oil, woman that answered the phone told me it wasn't cod oil it was thrifty oil and hung up on me. Called back, she told me they are also cod oil and was overall rude. Price was 30 cents per gallon over competitors. Zero stars.

You call. They are very nice on the phone. Then they deliver. Couldn't be happier. Very nice people

We called thrifty oil on February 5th and told them our oil was low we were going to need oil for heat very soon. I was told that they would deliver between Wednesday the 9th and Friday the 11th. When it was getting later on the Friday the 11th we were worried they werent coming and we might not make it through the weekend with the oil we had left. I called Thrifty Oil and was met with the most rude obnoxious woman ever. She told me they told me they had told me different dates. She said they would deliver around the 15th or 16 th. I told her we wouldnt make it until then. She proceeded to tell me they did not say the 9th through the 11th. That was a total lie !!!! She was so rude I will never use this company again. Good luck to who ever does. Lol.
