I have owned numerous Mercedes over the years. We have always used Viti Mercedes for a service and always had excellent results.
I also use the parts department.
Parts department is excellent and can help you get exactly what you need.I work with Jimmy and Mike they are super.
My service tech is Sue Mcdermott. She is very fair, honest, and very pleasant to deal with.
My mechanic is Jay Lapiere. I always ask for Jay.
Jay is the best technician for Mercedes that Ive ever seen.
Recently, I received the part that was defective. Viti helped me work through the problem and the car is working like it was brand new.
Jay was able to figure out the problem.
Tony Miele the service manager personally, got involved and made sure the car was driven for a period of time to make sure that no check engine lights came on in the car was running perfectly.
I want to give Personal thanks to exceptional service !

Unfortunately, their service department makes them nothing more than typical dealer ripoff artists. Misdiagnosis, fudging or conducting unneeded repairs, refusing to follow through with legitimate warranty service work, and grotesque over charging are just a few of their specialties. But what makes them a clear standout among local stealerships is the arrogant attitude they display while engaging in all of the above.

I recently requested to have a service performed on my ML350 with very short notice. We had scheduled an appointment later in the week but needed the car for travel earlier than expected. The Viti Service team was very helpful and made the arrangements for getting the vehicle serviced right away. This is the kind of service that makes Viti a great place to not only buy your car but to also to rely on their service department for repairs and maintenance.
