I called to order an arrangement for the very unexpected passing of my sister in law. I found an arrangement on line in the exact type of container I needed to fit on the existing stone where she was to be buried. The gentleman on the phone said I would probably not like this one but told me of another more expensive arrangement. I was open to that but told him it had to be in this rectangular shape basket and no matter what it could not be round. When I arrived at the wake it was in a round basket. I called yesterday to say the flowers were beautiful but upset they did not follow my instructions. He said he didnt remember me saying that. I was very explicit. So he upsold me and didnt follow my instructions. Dont trust them! Find another florist!

A surprise gift to me - this stunning arrangement of a dozen white roses arranged by Kenyon Avenue Floral. This was so heavy I almost couldnt carry it! Im writing this review a week after receiving them and they are nearly still as fresh and beautiful as the day they arrived. The roses are opening.really lovely.

Recently called them to send flowers to close friend who lost her mom. I wanted the flowers to get there before the funeral to cheer her. I asked for roses and lilies - her favorites, but left it up to them. I asked them to make it nice and spent $100 on flowers plus tax and delivery. They sent 4 roses, 2 lilies and a mess of greens for fillers. Expected more for $100 and would suggest you look elsewhere for florist orders.

Jenny delivered exactly what I asked for my sons girlfriend for their prom. The beads made it extra funky and knowing her will probably be in a keepsake piece of jewelry after prom. I cant begin to tell you how thrilled I was with these!
