My daughter has been going there for almost 4 years now and they have been absolutely amazing!  Communication between myself and the staff is always daily and detailed about her day. She has learned so much since she has been there and I can't wait to see what else she learns!  After taking a year off due to covid and my loss of job they were happy to take her back and welcomed her with open arms. My daughter is excited to go to school everyday which is great because she can be very shy. I recommend totally kids to all my mom friends when they are looking for childcare.

I have been coming to the park in back of this day care for years while my grandchild plays in the park. I would NEVER send my child here. Today and it's not the first, while it did compel me to rate this facility. The " staff" cannot be trained or have any experience with children. The go right up in the faces of these kids and scream at them, call them liers! Another women with her three children looked at me and just started at the staff in total disbelief.. this happens daily! They just hang out at the picinac table in the park. One child said to a staff member "you show no one any respect, why should we respect you!!! Good luck with this place ..

my daughter [ 2 yrs old ] was there for about a month before i picked her up with a bruise on her face that no one there could explain. under her eye had a purple ring under it and it was swollen. I received no phone call no contact at all no incident report nothing. I asked her teachers what happened they said "they never noticed anything" & then continued to tell me all these imaginary scenarios on how it could've gotten there. At the end of the day no one could tell me how it got there and all they could say was that they didn't notice anything and that she wasn't crying. Smh i spoke to jenn poole the director and all she could tell me was the same thing the teachers said that they didn't know how it got there & shes sorry. Lack of supervision is an understanding. No one was watching my child & no one working there could tell me how it happened. My child had that bruise for over a week. Im pretty sure my 2 year old was crying but they didn't notice anything. Do yourself a favor - Do not bring your child here.
