Absolute superior customer service. We landed on NEWCO after two other (local) water companies could not accommodate us with our timeline and needs. We were under a tight deadline with the closing of our house and everyone at NEWCO was exceptionally accommodating in working with us and getting our water tests and well treatments done under extremely short notice and tight deadlines, both for us with our new house and our buyers with our old house, and they did it with professionalism and smiles on their faces. Very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. I realized my water filtration system was obsolete and needed to be replaced so I called a few regional companies one of them being NEWCO. Jeff responded promptly and came out to do a lab test of the water and was clearly very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. I received the quote the same day and after comparing with a few other companies, NEWCO was by far less expensive and came highly recommended. I was a little worried that they might use inferior products, but after doing research on the manufacturers they use that is not the case at all, they use top of the line. The installer Mike was great as well. He talked me through the installation process and answered all of my questions. He also went above and beyond to replace all piping, adding shutoffs, re-routing discharge pipe, and moving the system so that it was farther away from the electrical box for safety reasons (the other companies were just going to tap into the existing PVC piping.) I strongly recommend calling NEWCO for any water filtration needs, definitely the best pricing and customer service around.
