I really like the Midas of Westerly. Mark has always been great now its usually Ed who I talk to. He is the absolute best. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile. They stand behind their work. Cassandra and Rachel at the front desk are also really friendly and knowledgeable . Prices are very fair. I highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed

Service is always top notch. My only complaint is the girl at the desk, reddish pink hair. Looks like she rolled out of bed. Hair all matted. Very sloppy looking. This is who represents your company. There should be standards on employees dress code etc. I asked her a few questions and it was an effort for her to answer them. I believe her name was Rhonda or Rachel

My first appointment (made on line) did not cross over into their appointment schedule. I made a second appointment in person and the visit was great. Oil change and alignment took less than one hour. Everyone is very friendly. Sent me an email with photo documentation of alignment results. Car was out front ready to go. Will definitely be a return customer.

They have helped me out big time twice now. The estimates are very fair compared to other shops nearby and they ended up being slightly lower after doing more research. They do a good job nd made sure to double check the issue and got the best parts for my vehicle. The mechanics are friendly and insightful and the staff in the front are always welcoming and kind!
