Bona Fide Home & Mold Inspections

Don is very professional and knowledgeable. He does great work on his inspections and is very personable and easy to speak with. This is one of his best qualities as some inspectors don't explain themselves clearly. I would highly recommend him for another job.

My husband and I are looking purchase property in providence,RI.We recently contacted Bona Fide home and Mold Inspection and Don lambert to perform a home inspections on the house and we were both very satisfied with Don providing us with a very thorough 25 pages meticulous home inspection report along with numerous color photos.He was very patient with answering our questions and walking around the house showing us what he had found inside and outside.He also provided us with a free visual mold inspection and a thorough roof report which was safe for him to walk on.He was very courteous,on time and extremely professional.We would strongly recommend Bona Fide Home and Mold inspection and Don for any home or mold inspection which you might be looking for.Thank you Don for 35years experience and for allowing us to re negotiate the asking price thanks to what you found in your inspection!!!PS We just happened to also see those three negative reviews about Don…and to be honest,that cannot be the Don Lambert who helped us save 20,000.00 in repairs …we would also recommend that you read the prior reviews about Don from his satisfied course… thank you Don
