The woman that we spoke to About simply switching names on our insurance For progressive was extremely rude and unkind to us the minute we walked in, and when I asked how about simply getting my own separate policy she told me a rate of around $900 and I understand that she doesnt make the rates, however, looking at other insurances, that was extremely high, compared to what other companies are willing to give me. The only reason we went to progressive in the first place is because my parents are on their policy. But the real reason Im so angry is because I said that the rates are asinine with progressive, and she got very angry with us, and said that we are using language that she doesnt appreciate and she requested us to leave. I understand she doesnt make the rates, and I understand that she doesnt have a lot of power, but we dont deserve to be talked to with such attitude right from the get-go, because we were talking with a different person who works remotely from Tennessee and God forbid that we go in person to ask a simple question like adding me to the insurance
