Ocean State Heating cannot possibly have a five star review. I had a brand new system installed and was recommended Mike of Ocean State by R.Smith Oil. Mike claimed to have conducted annual maintenance for years, until the brand new expensive system broke down due to faulty / non-existent â€œmaintenanceâ€ I had to call GEM in an emergency.... on a sub-zero night after my system shut down because it was all clogged up.The oil strainer was never replaced, nozzle was never replaced.... I was charged for annual servicing which was never done. Now Iâ€™m headed to small claims court and the Better Business Bureau Needless to say, when exposed for his fraudulence I continually called Mike, but he never returned my calls. Do yourself a favour..... avoid Ocean State at all costs !!!!! ..... or it WILL cost you ! Service: Heating maintenance
