    This is the standard that all business should try to achieve. I took care of everything online. The lock and key were in a nice bag with an information pamphlet. The staff called to make sure I didnt need anything else. They have a mobile app that keeps your gate pin in it. Seriously. Between this place and Chic-fil-a, they could run the world.

    Do not do business here- they give promo rates online to get you in and right at the 6 month they will jack your price up- I was paying 180 for a 10x 15 now it is $220- so they will give new customers good rates, but once you are long term customer they will take advantage. Further, I was told by Kurt the manager that there would no rodents on the outdoor units- this was a complete misrepresentation- after about one month and I went into the unit there was mouse droppings EVERYWHERE. I went to Kurt and showed him and he said he would either give a discount or some money back- after a couple of attempts never heard from him- I had a credit card on file to auto pay and i had to replace card- not realizing that it was on file, but once the payment did not go through Kurt called me for payment- I was travelling and wasn't able to call back right away, but in that time he must have called 5 to 7 times and emailed a couple of times- So when I had a problem he couldn't bother with me, when they increased my rate he couldn't bother, but as soon as my card expired and he wanted payment he found my number and email. I think this gives you an idea of how they treat people. I will be filing a complaint on the mouse droppings, the significant increase in monthly dues, and the misrepresentation by Kurt. I will make a priority to get my stuff out of there ASAP.
