The Administration Staff is rude. They speak to you as if they are doing you a favor of providing a service. I would not recommend this place unless you can tolerate rude behavior .

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Hensley, he is going to be hard to replace. RIP I miss you as my dentist, gentle, and caring.

Always had a great experience at the dentist with helpful, respectful staff ( I miss u Brittany). Unlike today the nice receptionist is no longer there and the beast " Rhonda" will meet you at the window. Attitude from the beginning please don't ask her anything about your yearly cleaning or exams. It seemed it was a problem for her explaining the change from last year to this year when I didn't get any notice. I asked about the nice receptionist. She knew immediately I was talking about Brittany (awesome receptionist, great personality). She said oh, Brittany she's at ___ dentistry you can go there if you'd like. I said u must be new. She said. I'm not new ( attitude kicked in) I was here for 14-16years. No wonder she was always in the back because of that nasty funky disrespectful attitude she got. I am sure she has already ran patients away from a good dentist maybe employees too. I hope not to ever see Rhonda again. That's the mean bitty at the behind the glass. Very very nasty and disrespectful. She need to go where she been 14-16 years in the back office and not deal with people coming for service.
