Bitty's Flower Shop

The bouquet for my daughter's wedding was beautiful. The service from the staff was appalling. The owner was nice enough but, made a rather rude comment about a member of the family that was completely uncalled for coming from someone trying to build a business. When I picked up the bouquet on the wedding day the woman who helped me at the shop was very put out that she had to walk into the fridge and retrieve the flowers. Don't get me wrong, the bouquet was exactly what my daughter wanted and she was very happy with it. The customer service at Bitty's is lacking since the new owner took over. The shop is beautifully decorated and the product they produce is outstanding so, if you don't mind being treated very rudely and having a family member berated then this is the place to go for all you flower needs. I will not be sending anyone I know to Bitty's.

Always a great experience at Bitty's!! Every time I send flowers, my loved one gets a beautiful bouquet of unique and interesting flowers!! And they always take me right in the back to look in the cooler, so fun and such a welcoming staff. 5 stars!!!

These folks have always been amazing! I have always been very impressed with their arrangements for my wife. They delivery to her work or home. Their flowers seem to keep longer than other flower shops in town. Highly recommended if you want a "Wow."
