Will never stay here again. Room had an inconsistent pungent odor, finally traced it to the A/C. Turned it off to breathe. Then the cover fell off to the discovery of black mold and slimy, smelly water inside. Didn't see this till the middle of the night. There were no luggage carts available and my husband is a disabled veteran. I heard other guests requesting luggage carts, but the girl at the front desk had no motivation to locate the missing carts. Run down looking hotel. On a positive note-The room design was nice with a couch, fridge and King bed. Comfort Inn 131 Big John Rd, Beaufort, SC 29906

LOVE this hotel!! I don't come to SC often but I'm so grateful I found this Comfort Suites! Not only is the shower phenomenal and the room beautiful, but the customer service from Sarah at the front desk won me over before I even got to the room. She was kind, helpful, and extremely patient. I'd recommend this Comfort Suites over any other hotel ever!!! Five stars just aren't enough!

I've always stayed at this hotel when visiting the Beaufort area but my last visit has me looking for another. I selected a room online but was given a handicap accessible room. The hotel was not a full capacity as I checked. The next morning when I was in the shower, the tub had several hairs in it, which were not mine. When I said something at the front desk staff, I only received a thank you for letting us know. Disappointed at the service in general.
