GEICO Insurance Agent

Beside the fact I pay way too much for this insurance, your customer service needs a tune up. After speaking with your first representative, Andy, she was very helpful, and she send me in the right direction. After getting what I needed, I called back for part 2. This time I got a different representative, Amanda. Maybe this one was having a rough day, but that doesnt qualify your actions of lazy ness. Some people say if you smile while talking on the phone, your customer can feel that. I dont want to feel like Im a burden when I call. If Im treating you with respect please show the same back. Especially, since I sending you checks every month. Again, thanks for the help, you guys need more people like Andy.

Customer service was very poor, when I called the gentleman that I talked to was extremely rude.

I had a dent caused by what The body shop said was a shopping cart. The first adjuster I used listed it as a no damage claim and I didnt find out until I went in and looked at the claim online. The next adjuster told me she would fix it but then said it was a $500 deductible under my collision. I wasnt even in the vehicle! I told her I have a $100 deductible under comprehensive and she then said oh yea. Then the inspector tells me that hes going to pay $700 but there is a $500 deductible. Same thing!!! This company tries to rip off its customers and I will not be using Geico again! I plan on reporting this to the state insurance department for investigation because its clear that they are knowingly trying to rip off their customers.
