Terrible customer service. We spent a significant amount having 24 trees removed from our property. It took nearly 2 months to get the work done because our rep didn't schedule the crew and flag our sprinkler system. The work crew did a great job, but it wasn't The Greenery crew. Our rep unfortunately talked us into a type of sod we didn't really want (our error). He also ordered extra yards of unnecessary soil but called off delivery when we questioned it. We tried to schedule a Saturday morning appointment to discuss final plantings, but our guy didn't work weekends. Fortunately, his supervisor stepped up. We ordered the plants and our regular rep had the plants delivered a week before he said they'd arrive.  We decided to relocate a couple of plants so my husband instructed our rep to talk to me before the install. The plants sat in their pots over a holiday weekend. Our rep, instead of talking to me, had all of the plants picked up and taken away. That was the last straw. The supervisor understood our frustration and we parted ways. P.S. they won't guarantee the sod they put down.  Stay far away.

Unfortunately after seven phone calls leaving messages been promised to be called back seven times nothing very disappointing could care less it appears
