awful company - liars They fixed our fridge a few months back and now its acting up again. They came out and said its a flap and known problem. Tech said it will be cheap to fix.. asked for 84.00 then said would just be another 20-30 to fix it. get a call from 'pleasant" office girl who then says it will be 130.00 more. So either tech is liar or stupid or there pulling a scam. Used these guys before and felt this way but gave benefit of the doubt. stay away if can or just go buy new appliance , when these guys get down with you , you will be wishing you did

Awful company! Three weeks ago I phoned for a dishwasher leak and a tech was scheduled for 4 days later. After inspecting the leak, the tech prepared an estimate of $250 to $300. I only paid $350 for the dishwasher new five years earlier but agreed to pay the repair cost since a new replacement dish washer was result in new delivery and installation cost. The tech had to order a new drain motor which took another 8 days to arrive. The tech replaced the drain motor and 10 minutes after leaving the unit started leaking in the same manner as prior to the repair. I phoned and advised Resort Appliances that the unit was still leaking and they scheduled to have the tech return the next day, Friday afternoon. The tech looked briefly at the leak and advised that he needed to go back to the shop and get another part and that he would return to repair later in the afternoon. I never saw the tech again. When I phoned Resort Appliances which claims to offer 100% satisfaction, I was told that now the unit would need a new pump motor and that I would be responsible for paying for the motor and installation. I told the vendor that I would like a refund since they had not repaired my leak as promised. I was told "and yeah, I'd like a magical unicorn, too!" If this is the kind of arrogance and lack of service you want, then phone Resort Appliances.
