I can only share positive remarks about Jeff Ballard and his team. First and foremost, Jeff was a great communicator, letting my husband and me know when he would arrive, what they would be doing each day and answering all questions by text or phone within a short period. Secondly, I am in love with our beautiful shower and master bath remodel. The work is beautiful and was done in an efficient, timely manner. Jeff and his team arrived at 7 and worked steadily throughout the day. Each member of his team was polite and respectful of our property and at the end of the day, they cleaned and straightened up any tools they were using. Frankly, not all of our experiences have been this pleasant so it is with great pleasure that my husband Jeff and I make this an unqualified recommendation. The finished product is outstanding! Engaged Jeff for a Kitchen and Master Bath Remodel. He sat down and listened to what we wanted to do. He came back with a proposal and some recommendations. Jeff communicated often until we had a plan. Once establish he and his crew came in, assisted with the process and moved thru both project painlessly communicating and sending pics of progress along the way. Very considerate while working and did a very nice job. I would recommend Jeff to everyone. We had a master bathroom remodel by Jeff and luxury vinyl flooring installed. Both jobs were done beautifully. I would never use anyone else. He is timely and dependable. Great work!
