        Ash Tree Experts sent a crew to take down a dead tree on our property weeks ago, before Hurricane Irma. In taking it down, part of the tree fell on our dock, breaking one of the boards. I was promised that they would come back after the hurricane and fix the damage, but I never heard from them. I called and emailed many times and finally got a call back from Shane saying he would be here at 9 am today. It is now 3 pm and they are a no show - no call - no call return. Home Adviser called right after the service to get a rating - at the time I rated them well because I took them at their word that they would come back. I, now would not recommend them to anyone.
