Fetes de Fleurs

I was apart of a group of 5 for a BACH party in Charleston. We really enjoyed our experience making flower crowns with Ali! We decided to go with silk crowns to make them last & the product she chose was PERFECT! She got just the right colors we asked for. Such a great product for our group to wear all weekend!

I was really excited to use Fetes de Fleurs for a flower crown party for an upcoming bachelorette party. I spoke with Ali in February initially when I booked the event for mid July. Ali was very responsive and attentive during our first few conversations. She and I spoke again in April to confirm a few details but all seemed fine. Three weeks before the event I was ready to pay my online invoice but it needed to be adjusted because I had one additional person coming. I reached out to Ali via phone, email, text and even DM on Instagram and received no reply over the course of two weeks. My event is now a week away and I had to cancel because she just has left me with zero communication. I reached out to an associate of hers, Jackie, who was awesome and genuinely tried to help me but in the end we needed Ali. If Jackie was running this business I’d highly recommend but since the owner clearly had no regard for her customers, they will only receive one star from me.

We had so much fun with Ali making flower crowns for my best friend's bachelorette! She came to our hotel and brought everything we needed (including Rose). She walked us through the steps, helped when needed, and let us each do our own creative thing. We chose silk flowers over real so that we can use our crowns again. Definitely recommend!

Ali was fantastic! We had such a good time making the flower crowns and she helped us learn about how to best cut and care for the crowns. She took really cute pictures of our group as well and we would highly recommend her for a fun girls day!!!! Also, when the weather was not going our way we needed to change the timing and she was super understanding and flexible and agreed to change with little notice so that we could still do some of the other things we had planned for the weekend. Overall the most fun day!!!
