Wow! We moved here without being able visit the property.. we chose this property for a couple of reasons: 1.) location- you are literally walking distance to all of downtown Charleston but right off the highway so commuting outside the City or to the beach is a breeze! 2.) the leasing staff: wow; they reached out to me after I expressed interest with lots of information basically answers all my questions in one email before I had to ask! Once we arrived the management and leasing staff did not disappoint! At 511 meeting when you sign a lease you literally join a very diverse, friendly, fun and accepting family from the property manager tô the leasing manager and leasing specialist as well as each and every resident. The building amenities are top notch too! As well as the apartment itself. Oh and my favorite perk: free coffee machine in the lobby! It certainly helps on my way to work at 4 am!! Do yourself a favor and lease here to enjoy all the fun things to do downtown! Thank you!
