I began my relationship with Charleston property management company back in 2018. Right from the beginning I knew we made the right choice. Everyone at this business treated me with respect and always make sure to take care of all of my needs. They are always on it and very helpful. Your property will not stay vacant if a tenant decides to move out. These folks jump right on it and they have your property listed right away so you have no downtime. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone owning properties, Its one less thing you have to worry about. Thank you Charleston property Company for taking care of me all these years.

All of the staff at CPC were wonderful, attentive, professional , and knowledgeable!! I am selling my condo and upon arrival last night my condo was spotless and ready to sell. CPC ALWAYS HAD GREAT renters in there for me as well!! They are the best!!

Nothing but great remarks for the whole team. Everyone is available to help. The quick turn around is awesome and the different teams is essential to getting the right information quickly.
