Fleetwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

This facility is HORRIBLE. The pictures aren't accurate. This facility is run down.. Most of the staff are unprofessional looking. The equipment is old, dirty and rusty looking. My mom was there for less than 24 hrs before I returned to get her. While I was picking her up, a resident walked by myself and 5 employees with her WHOLE BUTT exposed. Nobody offered to help her nor pull her pants up.

If I could give this facility no stars I would. I am a nurse that works at a hospital outpatient care facility. Two instances have happened with the facility. *One of them was losing a patient that was scheduled to have patient. Literally they could not find him, til this day we have not heard if they found him so he didn't get the surgery that he needed. *The second one is that they send a patient to our office with no family or support from the facility. Patient was nonverbal with no one. Family was no help. I had an officer to sit when him during the duration of his visit. I called the facility and the only thing i got was that she didn't schedule that patient so she didn't know why he didn't have a family member to meet them. Well his family was obsolete from the matter. They apologize for the matter, but apologizes does not help with him being a fall risk and not being able to communicate with anyone of his needs. I guess if you don't care about a human being then just dropped them off at the sunny dale drop off of Fleetwood rehabilitation where no one cares. UPDATE: Next day I heard from the Administrator and all issues was resolved. Awesome that he reached out to me shows he cares for his residents.

You can never get anyone on the phone, and when you do, no one on at the nurses station will ever pick up. The facility always looks and smells dirty. The staff don't seem like they want to be there, and most don't care for the residents like they should.
