Went for our son’s 13th birthday and it was such a disappointment. The attendant was not helpful at all and was very bland in her personality and did not set the mood of the escape room. It was basically “here is your room, if you need help there is a button on the back of the door” then closed the door and left. The clues were very vague and it didn’t matter whether or not you had the clues, the props were extremely easy to break into because they were not very secure. Very little background information to start with. Would not recommend going to this escape room. Very overpriced for what you get. Most of the props look like they are from dollar tree.

First: Nothing explained or even “re-set” from last clients! Girl who “helped” didn’t know anything—nor stayed long enough to make sure her instructions were understood or applicable (most times the clues or keys were AWOL)! Never never never go again! If my father had been with my brother and I —he would have requested and gotten a refund. Lame x3

Loved it. Did the magicans room it was challenging......Jackie was great help also. Will be going back.
