The wait is horrible why book on top of another. I hated it ..

Not satisfied after this visit at all took months to finally get my daughter seen after her appointment being canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Ask them to have the dentist a certain question about my daughter tooth being pulled, after sitting in the car forever, they call me in to come get her and of course everyone pretended like they knew nothing that I was talking about. Very very disappointed definitely finding my kids a new dentist

I don't really know where to start. All my children have been going to this office for years. It has always been a long wait. Recently the office was moved to a new location. They make you wait OUTSIDE. They call you when they are ready (this particular time) we waited an hour after the scheduled appt before they called my phone and said I could bring her in. They wouldn't let me inside to wait in their waiting room while my child was being worked on. The mask mandate has been lifted but wearing a mask inside is not to much to ask. I waited 2 more hours sitting on the curb because it was 85 degrees and the AC in my truck isn't great unless its moving, not a great experience. I also had another child with me, waiting. I definitely did not feel comfortable having my daughter inside without me there. I do not understand why they will not let parents/guardians wait in their waiting room.

They have consistently canceled my children's appointments minutes before their appointment time due to "unforeseen circumstances". You never know when you will actually get your child seen without care to missed school or your inconvenience.
