Oates Repair aka Mike is the worst in the business very lazy. Has a 1000 excuses over and over 1st it’s his phone then his kids got his phone then his wife pregnant and hungry. While saying all this promising his gonna get on the job next day. Next day come another excuse all this time I done paid him $7500 and his posting other job that his doing. And he said my house had black mold on a few sheets of Sheetrock where is was a leak few years ago. But the hold time he has his wife and kids in my house playing. He had his workers living in my house running my power and water bill up days and days straight. He lie to me every other day about his at my house working he has one of his guys over working. Which was lies I had my neighbor watching my house. Out 4 months he been at my house 11 times and didn’t stay more then 4 hours each time. His lazy lies and also is a drug head he ask me could I bring him some drugs from Atlanta i told him wrong guy. And I got the recording of him asking me. Do not use this guy if u want the work completed he is the worst in the business and a scam artist at his best. Never pull work permits like he told me. Said he was license and insured never allowed me my wife r my mother to see them. I really hope u not doing drugs but when me and my family walk in my house and surprise u and ur workers we told u we smell crack burning and u ask me go bring u some marijuana oil I have the recording. U can’t keep lying. And black mold in my house and u got ur pregnant wife in my house setting on the floor in it and 3 kids running around the lies u tell. Don’t trust this scam artist

I hired Oates Repair aka Mike owner and operator to remodel my home in January of this year and have been nothing but disappointed. He quoted me 7500 for the work on my house and said it would take 30 days and in good faith I paid him 7800. In four months the only thing that was done was demolition. Once he got paid no work got done and he went and took other jobs and put our project on the back burner. He had crack heads working on our house and living in it and using up our power and water and never paid for the utilities. There was always excuses on why it was taking longer that what he quoted. I lost 3 tenants because he could not get the job done in the time he quoted. After four months he claimed he under bid the job but never offered to refund my money. I hired him for professionalism and to get the job done in a timely manner. He was very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone. I am seeking legal advice to get my money back.

Unbelievable..job to begin at 12 noon didn't get here after shopping till 2:35 pm. Asked him to do certain project first which he reluctantly did. Finished first one and knocked it out of way in 5 mins when I questioned why it didn't look fixed...he said he taped it. After me questioning him more on he got upset and told his buddy to stop fixing my light and said he was leaving. THEN had the nerve to ask me for his 50 dollars spend picking up my supplies for 2 hours. I believe there is such thing as a "receipt". Women keep away not good. My brother is going to look into this.
