    The Ladies In The Leasing Office Are Truly Second To None. I Must Say Ms. Trisa And Ms. Jerricia Was Very Welcoming With Warm Smiles From The Time I Walked Through The Door All The Way Up To The Time I Made Hallmark At Timberlake My New Home. I Had The Pleasure Of Working With Both Ladies On My Journey And I Highly Recommend Them To Anyone Who Is Looking For A Place To Call Home. They Were Very Acknowledgeable With All The Many Questions And Might I Add Communication Skills Were Excellent. I Have Never Been Left Out Wondering Whats Next If That Makes Any Sense LOL These Ladies Went Above And Beyond And Truly Deserves Recognition. WTBS I Love My New Place Called HME. Thank You Ladies

    LONG POST I went to see if they have 3 bedrooms available I explained my situation ok she said get an application we go by your income and we can go from there she did the explaining. I got the application fill it out and took it back there Lord and behold we did my pay and shes going to tell me I went over the budget for the 3 bedroom but I can get a 2 bedroom cause it were just me and my daughter so we go by income in how many people lives in the household she said you get a 2 bedroom I dont want a 2 bedroom I want it 3 bedroom so if my budget is too much for a 3 bedroom its sure damm sure to much for a 2 bedroom. Then shes going to say shes the manager if she could override it she would but she cant do it because of the company policies. I told my best friend about it cause her daughter worked in a complex like that so she knows the rules and regulations. So she went and called them herself and explained the same situation that I gave to her why this lady going to tell her yes you can get the apartment the 3 bedroom apartment with 2 people as long you up to the budget or more so my friend daughter said give me your name and when I come I can just ask for you she gave her name and going to tell her I am the one of the leased consultant that are here So she just lie to one of us is shes the manager or the leasing consultant. Then when I was getting ready to leave she said if I can help you out in anyway just let me know I asked myself why would I ask you to help me and you couldnt help me get the apartment so what make you think I am going to ask you for help SOME PEOPLE

    The management is poor. They never answer the phone. Things are always broken and it takes months to get resolved. They have a major pest problem thats ignored. They raised the rent and lied saying tenants didnt sign their leases and put vacate notices on their doors. The overflow of the trash is ridiculous and a complete eyesore. The valet pickup is a charge and they pick it up when they feel like it. The apartments arent worth what they charge. They call you when you are a few days late on your rent to harass you when theres already a late fee. The police presence is outstanding due to the tenants doing whatever they want.You have to park miles away from your home due to no parking spaces being available. They now have this new policy that your rent has to be paid by the 25th or they need next months rent.They get a kick out of making folks lives harder. Neighbors are moving out constantly. Everyone is saying the same thing. I will be contacting legal representation as there are many things this place is doing wrong. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone! The owner appears to be greedy because of the recent increase and lack of concern. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. This place is pathetic and does bad business Its ghetto trash !This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!
