From start to finish, our experience with the Flooring Factory was outstanding! Their customer service was about the best we have ever experienced. They were on time, stuck to their word, and worked with us to stay on budget. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable with an amazing selection of flooring. Because this is not our primary home, during the installation process they remained in constant communication with me via text(with pictures and videos), phone and email. The entire team is friendly and outgoing. You won’t go wrong choosing the flooring factory for your next installation!

From the second we stepped into their building to moment they finished the walkthrough and inspection of the installation, the Flooring Factory team was outstanding. Their sales team is knowledgeable and honest with every aspect of what the job will require. Their installers are friendly, professional and should be very proud of the work they do! We will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Words cannot even express how much I love my floors. The Flooring Factory team did an outstanding job from helping me choose what would work best in my home to the very last detail of installation. Flooring Factory did an amazing job installing LVP at my house. The staff at the store helped me pick flooring that works best for my lifestyle. The install staff was on time, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Flooring Factory came in with the best pricing and timeline when I researched, and they did an outstanding job following through!
